Perl scripts to convert and run Jody Hey's SITES program.

sitesin is a simple perl script to guide through formatting a fasta sequence for use in sites. Just run "perl sitesin.pl ".

sitesrun runs the sites file on a batch of converted _sites files. offers most of the options of the program and a couple additional options
